Herpes
Herpes is a viral STI/STD and is not curable. Herpes is transmitted through anal, vaginal, and oral sex. Herpes is an STI that is caused by herpes simplex virus type one or two. The usual symptoms that occur is mutiple blister-like sores around the genitals, rectum, or mouth. Also the first outbreak may inclue flu-like symptoms. Genital Herpes may cause severe sores and outbreaks in some people and it can be transfered to other parts of the body by touching the sores or the fluids from the sores. There is no cure for herpes but, antiviral medications can help shorten or even prevent outbreaks. This medication may also prevent aperson from transferring it to other sex partners.
