Fetal Alcohol Syndrome
Fetal Alcohol Syndrome, also known as FAS, is a very deadly birth defect that is caused by the consumption of alcohol during pregnancy. FAS can cause children to have smaller heads, deformed facial features, abnormal joints and limbs, poor coordination, problems with learning and, short memories. Long story short, FAS is preventable and it needs to be stopped.
