Syphilis
Syphilis is a bacterial STD/STI and is curable. Syphilis is transmitted through anal, vaginal, and oral sex. It can also be tranmitted through sexual contact and it can also be passed down from mother to child throgh vaginal birth. This STD/STI can result in death. Syphilis has three stages: the first stage includes a painless sore around the area that the disease has entered. The second stage includes rashes on the palms of the hands and the soles of the feet. The third stage includes includes paralysis, gradual blindness, the shutting down of organs, and finally, death. Syphilis can be cured by a prescription antibiotic.
